Managing Director / Chairman Peter Whatley
Mr P Whatley has over 25 years’ experience in numerous property acquisitions, having started in residential and moved into commercial and development sites. He has carried out hundreds of property transactions from start to finish, on primarily speculative sites, thus enhancing their value when leased out and tenanted on long term FRI type leases. Having been through a couple of recessions, great experience has been gained on delivering in the bad times as well as the good. He still gets involved in all acquisitions no matter how small. He still gets the same excitement in doing a deal as he did on his first. Long may this continue.
Development Director Tammy Whatley
Mrs T Whatley brings an international flavour, having been in sales in another country and having previously carried out many developments and lettings in her own right.
Site & Acquisition General Manager Kim Davies
Mr K Davies has over 40 years’ experience in renovating, building and running successful developments, having started in residential and moved onto commercial developments in his own right. He brings vast experience and negotiating skills to this organisation.
Marketing Director Richard Davies
Mr R Davies, son of Mr K Davies, is the youngest of the Directors and brings a youthful and more contemporary vision to the company, so as to keep up with cutting edge trends, and is learning the business that he will one day be running.
